We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time and at any time without notice to you, by posting such changes on this Website. By using the Service following any modifications to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by any such modifications to the Terms and Conditions.

Summary:

Subscriptions are for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 365 days beginning with the day you activate your subscription online. 30 day and 90 day subscriptions are initially set to be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. 180 day or 365 day membership plans are initially set not to automatically renew.

You may change your renewal status at any time by visiting the "Manage Your Account" section in the members area of our website.

Your credit card will not be charged, or your check cashed, for 30 days following the activation of your subscription.

Once charged, subscriptions are non refundable. There are no pro-rated refunds and no exceptions to this rule. You have complete control over your account and may change your subscription length, renewal status, and renew or cancel your account in the "Manage Your Account" section in the members area of our website.

Subscribers may elect to cancel their membership at any time. Cancellations take effect the next renewal period unless you cancel during the 30 day trial period. If you do not cancel your membership by the end of your 30 day trial membership, you will be billed the posted, non-refundable, fee for whatever membership plan you registered for.

If your account is set to auto-renew, failure to cancel your membership or change your billing status before your re-billing date will result in a non-refundable charge for the same subscription plan. The cancellation process is simple. Either go to the "Manage Your Account" area on the member's website, or send an email to support@TradingEXPERT.com. 

If auto-renewal is disabled you will receive an email approximately 5 days prior to your subscriptions expiration and you will be responsible for notifying us if you wish to extend your membership.

Our thirty day trial offer applies only to new customers. Previous subscribers will be charged for the subscription length chosen at the time their subscription is activated. If you were previously a member and you sign up again for our service, you will need to call our Customer Support Center at 954-772-6129 to reactivate your username and password. All subscriptions are non-refundable except special offers where a different refund policy may be in effect.

If you intend to file a fraudulent chargeback claim with your credit card company, you should be prepared to defend your position in court. AIM Marketing logs your IP address when you register or enter the "Manage Your Account" section of our website. The new Digital Identity Law gives us the option of using this information to recover damages (including attorney fees) by filing civil charges against anyone who disputes a valid charge with their credit card company.
